This project is a new ground up residential build. AVI’s role is to design and install both electrical and AV wiring packages. The electrical design integrates with lighting control, HVAC, a15 way TPN Distribution Board is being installed for the property.

The Av package includes a media room, bar/entertainment space, whole house streaming audio, whole house WiFi and data coverage, integrated with local media sources.
